Here is the full process:

1. Find a cheat code for your exact game and region.
2. In Citra, select your game, then open its cheat menu.
3. Click Add to create a new cheat.
4. Type or paste the cheat name in the name box.
5. Paste the code into the code box.
6. Click Apply to save it.
7. Tick the checkbox next to it in the Available Cheats list to turn it on.
8. Click OK, then start the game.
