Contestants enter the main course as the first round starts, and the opening section pushes them across large platforms that tilt, slide, and knock anyone off balance. Swinging beams, rotating wheels, and sudden drops appear one after another, forcing quick timing before moving to the next part. The hosts give short reactions to every fall or clean jump, keeping the action steady as the course continues without pauses. Each attempt begins the moment a contestant steps onto the track, turning the round into a direct run from start to finish.

Most gameplay comes from running, jumping, and dodging through obstacles that move in simple, readable patterns. Some parts require fast reactions, such as ducking under a low bar or stepping aside before a spinning arm sweeps across the lane. Other sections rely on careful timing, like waiting for two platforms to line up or choosing the right moment to cross a moving bridge. Falling into the water sends the character back to the last checkpoint, encouraging a cleaner run on the next try. Extra challenges appear between rounds, including collecting items, hitting marked targets, or completing small timed tasks.

The creation mode adds another layer by letting players build their own courses using clear tools that place obstacles, platforms, and moving parts. New pieces unlock after completing regular stages, allowing larger or more complex course designs. Testing a custom track works the same as the main mode, using the same running and jumping rules to see if the layout functions correctly. Later rounds introduce tougher preset courses with tighter paths and faster moving objects. The final part combines hard obstacles into one long run, ending the competition when the last contestant reaches the finish line.
