Taiko no Tatsujin – Dokodon! Mystery Adventure

A lively journey begins when Don-chan and Katsu-chan are asked to help a group of travelers after strange monsters start stealing rhythm power from different lands. The story begins as the two friends meet an explorer who explains that the world’s music is fading. Short scenes show Don-chan visiting peaceful towns, forests, deserts, and snowy paths, talking to people who ask for help restoring their rhythm. Each chapter sends the group to a new place with a simple goal, such as saving a village, finding a relic, or calming a powerful guardian.

Stages open as drum battles where Don-chan plays notes to clear problems. Notes slide across the screen in slow, easy patterns, and tapping the drum or buttons at the right moment makes the music stronger. Good timing can rebuild bridges, chase away monsters, or fix a broken rhythm spot. Boss stages appear with faster notes, but attack signs and patterns always stay clear. Completing songs gives rewards that unlock new areas, items, and small scenes that push the story forward.

More regions appear as the adventure grows, including floating islands, dark caves, and ancient ruins filled with puzzles that must be solved through rhythm stages. Some missions ask for hitting a score target, playing a themed song, or helping a friend by clearing a special challenge. Allies can join Don-chan, offering simple support or hints during the journey.
