Sumikko Gurashi – Here You Settle Down

A gentle story begins when the Sumikko characters arrive in a small empty house and decide to make it their new place to live. The story starts as Shirokuma, Penguin?, Tonkatsu, Neko, and Tokage look around the rooms and talk about how they want to relax, decorate, and create a cozy home. Short scenes show each character sharing simple wishes, like wanting a warm corner, a soft mat, or a place to hide. Every chapter gives a clear goal, such as fixing a room, placing furniture, or helping one of the Sumikko feel comfortable.

Daily play happens by tapping objects, moving furniture, and placing decorations around the house. Each item can be put in different spots, and characters react with small, cute animations that show if they like it. Tasks appear on the screen, asking for things like setting up a table, placing a cushion, or cleaning a messy area. Completing these tasks unlocks new furniture, wallpapers, and tiny items that make the rooms look nicer. Visiting each Sumikko shows a short scene where they talk about their feelings and ask for simple help.

New rooms and outdoor areas open as the house grows, such as a cozy bedroom, a small garden, or a relaxed living room where characters gather. Some events bring special visitors or seasonal themes, adding small goals like placing event items or helping everyone prepare for a celebration. Collecting materials allows crafting cute objects that make the Sumikko even happier.
