A strange disturbance begins when a small cat with a square-shaped body wakes up inside a floating grid made of bright blocks. The story starts as the cat notices pieces shifting around it, creating paths that open, close, or slide away. Short scenes show simple messages from friendly shapes explaining that the grid has become unstable and needs someone to move the blocks back into place. Every stage gives a clear goal, such as reaching an exit, lining up blocks, or guiding the cat through a safe path.

Each puzzle uses calm, easy steps. The cat moves one square at a time, and sliding blocks shift the layout in simple directions. Some blocks move when touched, while others only slide when pushed from a certain angle. A few blocks can’t be moved at all, forcing careful planning. Falling into a gap resets the stage quickly, making retries simple. Finishing a puzzle shows a soft animation of the grid fixing itself and opens the next challenge. As puzzles grow, the cat must think ahead to avoid dead ends or blocked exits.

New puzzle sets unlock as earlier ones are completed, showing grids with different colors, tighter spaces, or blocks that move in pairs. Some stages add switches that open doors, while others include moving floors that carry the cat across gaps. Short hints appear after tougher puzzles, helping beginners understand the layout. Between groups of stages, the cat gets tiny scenes that explain more about the strange grid world and why it needs fixing.
