Raptor – Call of the Shadows

Raptor begins with you sitting in the pilot seat of a small attack jet, ready to fly into enemy territory. The idea is simple. You move forward through long stages while enemy planes, tanks, and robots try to stop you. The world scrolls up the screen as you fly, so you always see new dangers coming from ahead. Each level has its own look, with deserts, cities, bases, and dark factory areas that change the mood of the flight in small ways.

The gameplay is easy to understand. You move your jet around the screen to avoid bullets and fire back at enemies. When you destroy targets, they drop money or power-ups that help your jet become stronger. Some give you new weapons, others heal you, and a few give you special attacks that hit many enemies at once. You do not need special skills to play. You simply dodge, shoot, and keep moving forward. The controls react quickly, making the game friendly even if you are new to this style.

As you clear more levels, your jet can be upgraded between missions. You use the money you collected to buy stronger guns, faster engines, and items that help you survive longer. Each upgrade makes the next stage feel a little easier. Boss fights appear at the end of some areas, and they are bigger and tougher than normal enemies, but still clear enough for beginners to understand. The whole game feels fast and simple, giving you a fun mix of shooting, dodging, and improving your jet one mission at a time.
