A young nurse starts her day at a busy children’s clinic, and the story begins when the player follows her as she helps young patients with small tasks. There is no long story. Each scene shows clear rooms, patients, and simple duties. The goal is simple. Take care of the children, complete short tasks, and move through the clinic from one area to the next while helping each patient.

The gameplay is easy and focuses on simple actions. The player taps or drags to perform tasks like giving medicine, checking temperatures, or helping children with small activities. Some tasks require following a short sequence of steps, while others need quick reactions to reach a patient in time. Controls stay very simple so beginners can perform each action without confusion. Each completed task gives feedback, showing success and moving the player to the next patient or room.

New areas of the clinic open as tasks are completed. Some rooms include more patients or slightly harder duties that require faster reactions or careful timing. Certain tasks include small mini-challenges, like organizing supplies or calming children quickly. Completing each section unlocks more rooms and new responsibilities, letting the player move through the clinic step by step and care for all the children in a clear and easy way.
