The gameplay uses very simple controls. The player taps or drags to perform actions like giving medicine, checking temperatures, or helping children with small activities. Some tasks require following a few steps in order, while others need quick reactions to reach patients on time. Controls stay easy and responsive so beginners can complete each task without confusion. Each completed action gives feedback, showing success and allowing the player to move to the next patient or room.

Some patients have special requests, requiring slightly faster actions or careful timing. Certain rooms include multiple children who need attention at the same time. Mini-challenges appear, such as organizing supplies or delivering medicine before time runs out.
