Most of the progress comes from matching three or more stones on small puzzle boards. Sliding pieces creates clear chains that break obstacles, clear pathways, and unlock items needed to repair different parts of Atlantis. Some boards include locked tiles, frozen sections, or blocked paths that require special matches to break. Power pieces form when bigger matches are made, helping clear larger areas or remove difficult tiles. Each puzzle feels direct, showing instant reactions that make the next move easy to understand. Between puzzles, quick visits to the map show which part of Atlantis can be restored next.

As more areas are repaired, new puzzle challenges appear with larger boards, tougher obstacles, and special tiles that require careful planning. Completing earlier stages unlocks fresh sections of the city, revealing broken towers, old bridges, and hidden rooms that expand the journey. Characters react briefly after each restored part, showing steady progress without slowing the pace. The final puzzles bring all mechanics together, clearing the last pieces needed to return Atlantis to its full shape. When the final repair completes, the underwater city stands bright again, rebuilt through each solved board.
