Dasshutsu Adventure – Kami Oroshi no Uranai Ban

A quiet shrine basement sets the story in motion as the main character wakes beside an old fortune-telling board covered in strange markings. Lanterns flicker, wooden steps creak, and soft wind slips through gaps in the walls. The room feels abandoned, yet small items on the floor suggest someone used the board recently. Each new door leads to another sealed space inside the shrine, hinting that the escape will require solving the secrets behind the board’s symbols.

Gameplay focuses on exploring rooms, checking objects, and solving short puzzles that connect to the fortune-telling theme. Touching items reveals hints, numbers, patterns, or small tools needed for later tasks. Some puzzles involve sliding wooden pieces, matching symbols from the board, or placing charms in the correct order. Certain scenes require listening for subtle sounds or watching small animations to find the next step. Progress depends on linking clues from different parts of the shrine.

Later areas introduce trickier puzzles, hidden panels, and rooms where the layout changes after using certain items. New clues appear as pieces of the board’s prophecy, leading to more locked drawers, coded messages, and unusual mechanisms tied to old shrine traditions. Some doors open only after combining several hints gathered across multiple rooms.
