Crush 3D

Danny enters a strange dream world when his experiment malfunctions, and the first task appears immediately as he learns to switch the environment between 3D and 2D to escape a blocked path. Platforms, walls, and gaps sit in fixed positions until Danny “crushes” the space into a flat layout, changing how each object lines up. Every level opens with a direct goal such as reaching a door, collecting marbles, or solving an obstacle that can only be cleared by shifting the world between dimensions.

Most gameplay relies on simple movement combined with the crush mechanic. In 3D mode, Danny walks through open spaces, climbs steps, and looks around for clues. Switching to 2D flattens the scene from the chosen angle, turning distant platforms into reachable ledges or removing depth to connect paths. Some puzzles require choosing the right viewpoint before crushing, while others demand switching back and forth to avoid traps or free blocked items. Enemies appear in certain stages, moving in predictable patterns that can be bypassed or trapped by changing dimensions. Each action shows a direct result, making it clear what the crush has changed.

As the dream world expands, levels grow more complex with rotating rooms, moving platforms, and puzzles that require mixing several crush angles in sequence. New mechanics appear, such as objects that behave differently depending on the dimension or switches that activate only in one view. Short dialogue pieces explain Danny’s progress and point to deeper parts of the dream that must be escaped. Later stages challenge timing and planning, combining tight jumps with fast crush changes. The journey ends when Danny reaches the final exit, waking from the dream once the last puzzle is solved.
