Combat stays simple to control. You use the Brave and Default system to either save turns or spend multiple actions at once. On Hardmode, enemies hit harder and survive longer, so using these choices correctly becomes important. Jobs like Knight, White Mage, and Black Mage give different skills, and you mix them to build a team that fits each area. Selecting moves, casting magic, and managing turns stays clear for beginners, but battles require more attention because mistakes cost more.

Later areas raise the difficulty even more. Stronger enemies appear with faster attacks, status effects, or higher defenses. Boss fights use improved patterns, forcing you to plan healing and damage at the right moment. Some dungeons hide optional rooms with better equipment or mini-bosses for extra rewards. By the late chapters, you need smart job combinations, strong abilities, and careful timing to keep progressing. Each new region brings harder battles, more planning, and steady growth for your team.
