3D Puyo Puyo Tsuu

A simple classroom scene begins the story as Arle and Carbuncle get pulled into another round of Puyo battles. The familiar blobs fall from above as challengers from around the world appear one after another. Each opponent introduces a different personality and play style, setting up small conversations before the match starts. The tone stays light and friendly, focusing on quick puzzle duels rather than long scenes.

Gameplay uses falling Puyos that stack and clear when matching four of the same color. Rotating pieces and placing them carefully creates chains that send garbage Puyos to the opponent. Each character reacts differently based on how big the chain is. Controls stay simple, allowing quick moves left or right and easy rotations. Matches end when one side fills the screen, making timing and chain-building important.

New opponents and difficulty levels unlock as matches are won, introducing faster drops and tougher AI patterns. Certain stages include characters who specialize in long chains, while others create messy boards quickly. Extra modes provide options like endless play, score challenges, or different rule variations. More backgrounds and character reactions appear with progress, adding variety while keeping the focus on building chains and surviving each duel.
